Michael Seipp is a Baltimore Painted Screen Artist and a member of the Painted Screen Society of Baltimore. His journey into the world of art began late in life (56 years old). He has taken classes at Common Ground on the Hill and Towson University. He grew up in Baltimore and has always loved the painted screens that decorated his neighborhood and decided to add painting screens to his menu of art work. He is a retired community development specialist engaged in preserving and rebuilding Baltimore’s neighborhoods.
