Marsha Searle is Director of Footworks Percussive Dance Ensemble and has been a principal dancer with them for 15 years. She grew up studying ballet and Scottish Highland dancing and studied at Brigham Young University earning B.A. degrees in World Dance and History. During her time at BYU Marsha performed with the International Folk Dance Ensemble for 4 years, touring around the world and performing in the opening ceremonies of the 2002 Olympics. She is a master teacher and choreographer and loves the power of traditional dance to bring people together. Marsha also performs with the Celtic bands Iona and The Seán Healy Trio.
