Eva Fulton serves at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as a program analyst in Public and Indian Housing Office of Policy, Program and Legislative Initiatives (OPPLI). Ms. Fulton came to HUD as a Presidential Management Fellow. She serves as the Vice Chair of the HUD Veterans Affinity Group (VAG). Ms. Fulton served in the Gulf War during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm as a member of the United States Army. Ms. Fulton graduated with her BA and MBA from Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas. Ms. Fulton is a 2020 graduate from the University of San Francisco as a Newmark Fellow with an MPA in Public Leadership. Ms. Fulton is a public speaker, internationally award-winning documentary filmmaker, From Pain to Purpose – Her Second Service Story about the challenges of women veteran homelessness. She is also the author of an award-winning book called Welcome to My People Garden and has recently launched a new podcast called the Might People Garden. Eva serves as a radio host on Military Broadcast Radio (MBRadio). Her affiliations include lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, member of the American Legion, and member of Omega Nu Lambda Honor Society at National University. She is currently working on her doctorate in public administration at National University. Eva is the mother of four adult children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking and scuba diving.
