This is a one-period class designed to introduce you to traditional jam tunes, hymns, and common tunes that you will find being played at jam sessions, dances, and hammered dulcimer circles. You will learn the basic tune and then how to add embellishments to the tunes and work on how to make your playing more musical. Chords will be included. Music notation will be available.
